We start by looking at the condition of your concrete, water issues, cracks, spalling, sunlight exposure etc. to determine the proper crack repair, & base coat. If water issues are present we install a Vapor Reduction Barrier for these conditions. The prep work begins with grinding the surface, & filling all of the cracks and spalls with our crack repair. We then apply a base coat followed by:
Decorative flakes & Polyaspartic topcoat… (flake system)
Metallic colors with a Urethane topcoat… (metallic epoxy)
Concrete Overlays with Polyaspartic, Epoxy or Sealer Topcoat”
